Regio Title maintains a Written Information Security Program (WISP) governing how customer data is accessed, stored, and retained. Sensitive documents are encrypted at rest. Both the dealer and admin dashboards are protected by two-factor authentication, and every action that touches customer data is audit-logged.
We operate as a service provider under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), with sub-processor disclosures designed to meet the compliance expectations of dealerships and the lenders they work with.
