Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, dealer portal, administrative portal, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Regio Systems, LLC, d/b/a Regio Title (“Regio Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services

Regio Systems provides out-of-state vehicle title and registration support to automobile dealerships, including preparation, review, and submission of title and registration applications and the calculation of applicable taxes and fees. The Services are intended for business use by dealerships and their authorized personnel.

Accounts and security

Access to the portals requires an authorized account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for using the multi-factor authentication we provide. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe is unauthorized or that violates these Terms.

Customer information

When a dealership submits information about its customers, the dealership represents that it has the authority and any necessary consents to provide that information for the purpose of completing title and registration transactions. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them to submit false, fraudulent, or unlawful information.

Fees, refunds, and disputes

Service fees, estimated state taxes and registration fees, any applicable Premium service upgrade, and any estimated return shipping cost are collected via ACH at the time a deal is submitted. Final state fees are reconciled separately if the actual amount differs from the estimate.

Refunds of service fees are at the sole discretion of Regio Systems, LLC. State taxes and registration fees that have already been remitted to a state authority are subject to that state’s refund procedures and timelines, which vary by jurisdiction and are outside our control.

If you believe a fee was charged in error or wish to dispute a charge, contact us at support@regiotitle.com. We will review the matter and respond within five business days.

Cancellation

There is no long-term contract or subscription. Dealerships pay per deal and may stop using the Services at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty.

Individual deals may be cancelled by the dealership at any time before the document package has been submitted to the destination state. Refunds of fees on cancelled deals, including any service fees for work already performed, are at the sole discretion of Regio Systems, LLC. Once a deal package has been submitted to a state authority, cancellation is subject to that state’s procedures and any applicable state fees are non-refundable.

To cancel a deal in progress, contact us through the deal in your dashboard or call 856-368-3031 for time-sensitive requests.

Service results

Title and registration outcomes are ultimately determined by state departments of motor vehicles, county clerks, and other governmental authorities. While we apply current state requirements and human review to reduce errors and rejections, we do not control and cannot guarantee the actions, timelines, or decisions of those authorities. Quotes and fee estimates are based on the information provided and applicable state rules at the time and may change.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regio Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Regio Systems maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
